  • The minimum rental time is a half day of up to 5 hours. You may rent for a half day and stay shorter.

Is the studio a sound stage?

How good are you with sound blankets? We designed the space primarily with photos in mind, and the space is not soundproof. We are conveniently located right on a happening road, which trucks also enjoy. That said, we rent sound blankets.

What is included with my rental?

All of the amenities listed above are included. Please do not rearrange the couches.

When can I arrive?

Up to 15 minutes before your rental time starts.

May I stay late?

No worries up to 5 minutes after your rental time. 15 minutes past your rental time, you will be charged another hour plus overtime.

Can I rent for just an hour?

Sure! But the half day is the minimum rate. If you want just one bite of biscuit, that’s fine, but you gotta pay for at least half of the biscuit. We also don’t sell biscuits. It’s a metaphor.

Green Screen?

We have a Westcott chromakey 9’x10’ green screen for rent on special request.

Can I attach things to the walls or ceiling?

No, please. We have excellent gear rentals that can rig up almost anything! Let’s talk.

Glitter and Confetti!!!!!!!

No. Have you ever been drenched in glitter or confetti? Remember finding it for weeks in your hair, on your skin, and places you said, '“How did that get down there?” Yeah. GLITTER AND CONFETTI MUST BE NO SMALLER THAN THE SIZE OF A QUARTER.

Is this an event space?

Lanewood Studio is designed as a creative studio and not an event space.
